Job Description:

1. Responsible for contacting overseas air freight agents and handling orders; 

2. Cooperate with the operation department to promptly communicate the status of cargo transportation; 

3. Handling of customer inquiries and complaints; 

4. Follow the established work procedures of the company. 

Job Requirements: 

1. College degree or above, majoring in logistics management or international trade is preferred; 

2. Candidates with experience in the freight logistics industry or related fields will be given priority. 

3. CET-4 or above, excellent English reading and writing skills.
