Here are a group of people who have been working diligently at DSI for 5 years, 10 years or even longer. Since the establishment of DSI, a total of 32 employees have served for 10 years and 68 employees for 5 years. Let's congratulate the following 7 recipients of the 10-year award and 15 recipients of the 5-year award in DSI's 2022 annual event!

Five years have witnessed the hardships of yesterday, and ten years have witnessed the brilliance of tomorrow. DSI has prepared a personalized medal engraved with the winner's name for them~ 

Five years of arduous efforts to hone a sword, and ten years of achievements will eventually be revealed!

  2022 Annual Awards Ceremony

On the morning of January 9th, 2023, DSI held its 2022 year-end award ceremony. General Manager Liu and the senior management jointly presented medals to the employees who had served for five and ten years. They expressed gratitude for their long-term companionship, dedication and contribution. 

In DSI, there are many like them - people who are down-to-earth and fully committed. It is their consistent hard work over the past ten years that has contributed to DSI's current state! It is their continuous journey through both sunshine and rain over the past ten years that has brought about DSI's present glory and achievements!

• "It's a great honor to join DSI at the best time of my life. In the previous five years, I have been growing along with the company. I also hope that in the next five years, we can be even better. I believe the company will lead us to greater success!"

• "Thank you to the leaders and all my colleagues for your support and assistance over the years. I feel this medal is quite heavy, as it is a recognition and motivation for my past five years. At the same time, this medal is very light, just like a beautiful face and a full moon. It will wither and fade in the future, and it also represents that we will have greater challenges ahead.
