In order to thoroughly implement the requirements for the construction of a law-based business environment and strengthen the defense line for enterprises' compliant operations, recently, DSI Logistics Co., Ltd actively participated in the "Prevention of Enterprise Crimes and Legal Risk Prevention - Building a Compliance Defense Line and Safeguarding Enterprise Security" special training organized jointly by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shinan District, Shinan District Chamber of Commerce, and Shinan District People's Procuratorate in Qingdao. A total of 60+ middle and senior management personnel and key position employees from the company attended the training. Through systematic learning of criminal legal risk prevention knowledge, the company's ability to govern enterprises in accordance with the law was comprehensively enhanced.

The training focuses on the core issues of criminal legal risks in enterprises, taking into account the characteristics of the freight forwarding industry, and deeply analyzes the high-risk areas:

1. The boundary between business operations and criminal legal risks: Clarify the essential differences between business decision-making mistakes and criminal offenses, emphasizing that "legal operation is the lifeblood of the enterprise".

2. Risk categories and links: Expose the criminal risk hazards in the five major links of the enterprise - contract signing, fund circulation, tax management, customs declaration operation, and business cooperation.

3. In-depth analysis of three high-incidence crimes:

Embezzlement of funds: Using a typical case of an employee of a logistics enterprise forging documents to embezzle funds, it warns of the legal consequences of "stealing from one's own post".

Bribery: Analyzing the shortsighted behavior of "obtaining business through improper benefits", emphasizing the bottom line of fair competition in business.

Misappropriation of funds: Using a case of illegally using enterprise funds for investment failure, it warns of the importance of fund supervision.

Regarding the causes of criminal legal risks for enterprises, the Minnan Procuratorate, in collaboration with the Discipline Inspection Commission, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, proposed a three-pronged prevention suggestion of "system + culture + technology": 

System improvement: Establish a compliance review mechanism to conduct dynamic screening of major contracts, financial processes, and partner qualifications.
